Hi, I’m Karah, and I specialize in working with professionals and life maximizers that struggle with burnout and stress, and are ready to turn inward and integrate healthy habits into their thriving lives to improve stress resiliency. Everyone deserves to feel inner peace and increased energy levels for enjoying life outside of the busy work schedule. After years of dealing with chronic stress and anxiety, I made significant changes to my health and wellness, and it has completely changed my energy levels and perspective on life. Pricing and Package Offerings

Month-to-Month, 2-Sessions

This package offers those who are curious about wellness coaching, but are not ready to take the full dive. This package includes two sessions per month, with our first session 50 minutes – the rest following are 30-minutes.

6-Session Package

A self-paced 6-session package allows for deep exploration and goal setting, with ongoing sessions to learn, refine, and continue towards success of long-term behavioral change – carving your path towards your best self. The first session is 50 minutes, followed by 5 remaining 30-minute sessions

How are the coaching sessions conducted?

Coaching sessions are conducted through a video call on the platform Practice Better. When signing up for coaching, you will receive an invite to create a login, where we will communicate, sign forms, and conduct video calls all in one place.

What is health & wellness coaching?

Health & wellness coaching focuses on serving the long-term development and success of another person so that they can become the artist of their own transformation. As experts in behavioral change, Health coaches are partners that believe in your capacity for change, and through powerful question & visioning, focus on eliciting your own inner health coach through self-directed change, which is done through goal setting that aligns with your values.

What commitment is required?

The biggest commitment is to yourself! As the coaching process is heavily revolved around self-directed change, it’s up to you on the level of commitment depending on the goals you have. However, there are more than one package options that outline the time and session commitment for when we will work together in sessions.

How much does the coaching cost?

Our coaching fees vary based on the package selected, whether you are looking to try out a month-to-month option or purchase a session package with a per-session discount (see pricing section for more info)
